Findings:
There is a 4.1 x 4.0 slightly enhancing, partially calcified right suprarenal mass. There is moderate retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy, mainly on the right. There is also right inguinal lymphadenopathy. There are diffuse irregular lytic and sclerotic changes in the bone, highly suspicious for metastases.

Impression:
Findings suggestive of metastatic neuroblastoma.
