Findings & Impressions
Findings:
There is a 3.5 x 2.8 x 3.7 enhancing hepatic lesion in hepatic segment 5 with a central scar. There are multiple heterogeneous masses at the uterus likely consistent with the patient’s known history of uterine fibroids. The largest fibroid arises from the fundus and measures 4.8 x 4.2 x 3.9 cm. There is a left ovarian corpus luteal cyst. No obstructing mass lesion in the bowel. There is small volume physiologic fluid.
Impression:
Enhancing liver lesion in the right hepatic lobe with a central scar most likely representing a focal nodular hyperplasia. Uterine fibroids and left ovarian corpus luteal cyst.
