Findings:
There is a hypoechoic mass with indistinct margins and internal calcifications corresponding with the mass seen mammographically. There is also posterior acoustic shadowing. The mass measures approximately 0.8 x 0.6 x 0.6 cm. The lymph nodes in the right axilla are morphologically normal.

Impression:
Right breast mass suspicious for malignancy.
