Findings:
There is a 1.0 x 0.4 x 1.1cm well-circumcised oval mass with homogeneous echotexture. There appears to be a pseudocapsule. The mass is at the 7:00 position, 6cm from the nipple.

Impression:
Benign left breast mass consistent with a fibroadenoma.
