Findings:
There is no intrauterine pregnancy identified. There is a gestational sac measuring 1.1cm in the right adnexa. The crown-rump length is 0.25 with an estimated gestational age of 5 weeks and 6 days. The cervix is closed. Both ovaries demonstrate normal architecture and have positive vascular flow.
Impression:
Live ectopic pregnancy most likely in the right fallopian tube.
