Findings:
There is radiotracer uptake in the right suprarenal area, likely representing a primary neuroblastoma. There is also extensive osseous metastatic disease in the skull, thoracolumbar spine, sternum, right mandible, bilateral humeri, bilateral scapulae, pelvis, and bilateral hips.
Impression:
Findings compatible with right adrenal neuroblastoma and extensive metastatic disease.
