Findings:
There are extensive destructive erosive changes involving the endplates and vertebral bodies centered at the L4-L5 disc space. There is contrast in the urinary collecting system from a previous CT scan.
Impression:
Suspected L4-L5 osteomyelitis.

Acuity
Urgent: non-routine communication within 4 hours
The clinician should be notified of these findings.
