Findings & Impressions
Findings:
There is a 3.6 x 3.7 x 3.4 mm anterior communicating artery aneurysm. The left intradural vertebral arteries dominant. The aneurysm has a bilobed secondary deformation. There is slight decrease in the caliber right intradural vertebral artery. Prominent right posterior cerebral artery. No flow-limiting stenosis or occlusion of the major intracranial vessels. The diffuse subarachnoid hemorrhage is again demonstrated.
Impression:
Diffuse subarachnoid hemorrhage with intraventricular extension likely resulting from the 3.7mm ACA aneurysm.
