Findings:
There is diffuse subarachnoid hemorrhage involving the anterior frontal convexity, interhemispheric fissure, and the interpeduncular, prepontine, crural, ambient, suprasellar cisterns, and bilateral sylvian fissures. There is small volume intraventricular hemorrhage in the occipital horn of the right lateral ventricle.
Impression:
Diffuse subarachnoid hemorrhage.
