Findings:
There is an oblique fracture of the second metatarsal base. There is widening of the webspace between the first and second metatarsal bases and the medial and intermediate cuneiforms concerning for a Lisfranc injury. There is a plantar calcaneal enthesophyte.

Impression:
Oblique fracture of right second metatarsal base with widening of the first and
second metatarsal bases, as well as medial and intermediate cuneiforms. These finding are
concerning for Lisfranc injury.
