Findings:
4.6x4.4cm heterogeneous peripheral calcified mass in the left anterior mediastinum with central hypodensity and peripheral soft tissue components. Otherwise, there are no abnormalities in the lung parenchyma, upper abdomen, soft tissues, or bones.
Impression:
Peripherally calcified heterogeneous anterior mediastinal mass. The differential diagnosis includes teratoma, thymoma, and less likely lymphoma.
