Findings:
Cavitary lesion in the right lung apex. There are airspace opacities throughout the right hemithorax.

Impression:
Right lung apex cavitary lesion with right hemithorax reticulonodular interstitial infiltrates and airspace opacities. These findings are suggestive of an infectious etiology like tuberculosis, but lung cancer cannot be excluded.
