Findings:
Monitoring devices: The tip of the ETT projects at the level of the carina. A right sided PICC is in place with the tip terminating at the level of the superior cavoatrial junction. CV: Tortuous and atherosclerotic aorta. Pulmonary: Airspace opacity in the right lower lung field. No pneumothorax. MSK: Partially visualized spinal fixation hardware.
Impression:
Airspace opacity in the right lower lung field. This may represent aspiration pneumonia. The ETT tube is at the level of the carina. Recommend retraction by 3cm.
