Findings:
Interstitial lung disease with a reticulonodular pattern. There are enlarged hilar lymph nodes. The right paratracheal lined is thickened, likely secondary to paratracheal lymphadenopathy.

Impression:
Reticulonodular interstitial lung disease and hilar and paratracheal lymphadenopathy. These findings are consistent with pulmonary sarcoidosis.
