Findings:
Avid PDG uptake of right middle lobe lateral segment 1.1 x 1.0cm nodule (SUV max 5.01). Diffuse esophagus FDG uptake which can be seen as a physiologic variant. There is otherwise physiologic FDG distribution. There is an SUV max of 2.46 without discrete adenopathy in the right hilum. This may represent nodal involvement.

Impression:
FDG avid right middle lobe nodule with possible right hilum involvement.
