Findings:
There is extensive calcified pleural plaque formation throughout both hemithoraces. There is no acute airspace disease, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax. The cardiac size is within the upper border of normal with a mildly calcified aortic arch.
Impression:
Extensive bilateral calcified pleural plaques consistent with asbestosis.
