Findings:
Bilateral hemidiaphragmatic flattening. There is a widened anterior-posterior diameter of the lungs on the lateral view. The cardiomediastinal silhouette is narrow. The lung parenchyma is hyperlucent.
Impression:
Lung hyperexpansion with parenchymal hyperlucency consistent with COPD.
