Findings & Impressions
Findings:
There are extensive bilateral groundglass opacities, worst in the right lower lobe. There is a background of mild to moderate centrilobular emphysema. There are filling defects in the right middle and lower lobe segmental artery. There are also filling defects in the subsegmental arteries of the right upper, middle, and lower lobes and left lower lobe. There is no right heart strain.
There is a background of centrilobular emphysema.
There are moderate coronary artery and mild thoracic aortic calcifications.
Post-operative splenectomy changes.
In the left kidney, there is a 1.8cm left upper pole hyperdense cyst and a hypodense cyst.
Impression:
Multifocal COVID-19 pneumonia and pulmonary emboli.
