Findings:
Multifocal, bilateral patchy airspace opacities with bibasilar predominance. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax. There are surgical clips in the left upper quadrant.
Impression:
Multifocal pneumonia likely secondary to COVID-19.

Acuity
Urgent: non-routine communication within 4 hours
The clinical team should be notified of the findings of COVID-19 pneumonia.
