Findings & Impressions
Findings:
There are scattered sub-centimeter nodules at the lung bases, the largest of which measures 7mm in the right lower lobe. There are multiple bilateral sub-centimeter non-obstructing renal calculi. There is a 10mm stone at the right UPJ causing hydronephrosis and perinephric stranding. There is a tiny hiatal hernia.
Impression:
There is a 10mm obstructing stone in the right UPJ causing mild right hydronephrosis and perinephric stranding which may represent forniceal rupture or inflammation. There are incidentally noted pulmonary nodules, the largest of which measures 7mm in the right lower lobe.
