Findings & Impressions
Findings:
There are innumerable hypodense lesions scattered throughout the liver parenchyma with the largest in the lateral left hepatic lobe measuring 4.0x5.2cm. These findings are consistent with metastatic disease, likely from breast cancer.
The gallbladder is contracted around multiple stones. There is a 1.9cm simple cyst at the midpole of the left kidney. There is a 1.5cm left adrenal nodule and 1.5x1.0cm right renal nodule which are also concerning for metastatic lesions.
There is a small volume of ascites and a diverticulum of the second portion of the duodenum. There are multiple prominent retroperitoneal lymph nodes.
There are fibrotic changes in the right upper lobe, likely related to post-radiation change. There is left basilar atelectasis versus scarring.
There are coronary artery calcifications and atherosclerosis of the aorta and its branch vessels.
There are postoperative changes from bilateral mastectomies and left axillary node dissection.
Impression:
There are innumerable hypodense lesions in the liver, consistent with metastatic breast cancer. There are bilateral adrenal nodules, also concerning for metastatic disease. There is no evidence of bone or lung metastases.
