75-year-old patient presenting with vague right upper quadrant pain, weight loss, and elevated LFTs. She has a history of breast cancer, for which she underwent bilateral mastectomy, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy.

Findings & Impressions
Findings:
There are multiple hypoechoic and targetoid lesions diffusely throughout the liver. There is a 1.9cm simple cyst on the superior pole of the left kidney. The gallbladder is decompressed with a few stones.
Impression:
Multiple liver lesions concerning for metastatic disease, likely secondary to breast cancer considering this patient with a history of breast cancer.
