Vascular lesion noted on right upper quadrant ultrasound in a 40-year-old female.
Exam
CT of the abdomen with IV contrast; the exam was performed after the administration of intravenous iodinated contrast in the arterial, portal venous, and delayed phases of contrast.

Findings & Impressions
Findings:
There is a lesion in segment 6 of the liver that was previously identified on ultrasound measuring 4.8 x 2.4cm. It shows peripheral discontinuous nodular enhancement in the arterial phase with increasing central contrast enhancement on the subsequent venous and delayed phases.
There is an 8 mm nodule in the left lower lobe.
Impression:
Liver hemangioma in segment 6 of the liver. Left lower lobe 8mm spiculated nodule.
