Findings & Impressions
Findings:
There is a large hyperechoic mass in the posterior right hepatic lobe measuring 3.6x4.0x3.7 cm. The doppler images demonstrate vascularity.
There is no evidence of cholelithiasis, gallbladder wall thickening, or pericholecystic fluid.
The common bile duct measures 3.9mm in size. Negative Murphy’s sign.
Impression:
There is a 4.0cm hyperechoic vascular lesion in the right hepatic lobe.
