There are extensive calcifications with pancreatic ductal dilatation measuring up to 11mm at the body, reflecting chronic pancreatitis. Evaluation for enhancement is limited due to atrophy. There is minimal fat stranding and fluid adjacent to the pancreatic tail. There are peripheral bibasilar groundglass opacities likely reflecting subsegmental atelectasis. There are scattered hypodense lesions in the liver likely reflecting hepatic cysts. There are multiple bilateral renal cysts. There is mild atherosclerosis of the abdominal aorta and common iliac arteries. There is degenerative disc disease at L4-L5.
