Findings:
There is a cyst in the right kidney measuring 4.9 x 3.3cm without calcifications, soft tissue components, or internal septations. There are single left and right renal arteries. There is no hydronephrosis. There is no duplicated collecting system.
There are no abnormalities in the lower chest and remainder of the abdomen. 

Impression:
Right Bosniak I benign renal cyst. There is normal renal anatomy without anatomical variants.
