Acute or Subacute Onset of Compressive Myelopathy

Patient presents with acute or subacute onset of numbness/weakness in the upper or lower extremities, associated with bowel and bladder dysfunction. Clinical assessment suggests acute or subacute onset myelopathy due to pathology of localized to the spine, spinal cord, or spinal nerves.
