Findings:
There is an intrauterine gestational sac measuring 1.6x2.2x0.9cm. The fetus within the gestational sac measures 1.27cm in the crown rump length. There is no fetal heart rate. The yolk sac measures 0.18cm. The uterus, cervix, and ovaries are normal in size and contour.

Impression:
Intrauterine gestational sac and fetal pole without fetal heart rate. These findings are consistent with fetal demise.
