Findings & Impressions
Findings:
A 10 French straight catheter was inserted into the rectum. Under fluoroscopic guidance, the rectum and colon was filled with air contrast and fluoroscopic images were obtained. An ileocolic intussusception was identified in the transverse colon. The intussusceptum was reduced beyond the terminal ileum. The colon was filled throughout its entire length, and air refluxed into the small bowel.
Impression:
Successful reduction of an ileocolic intussusception.
