Findings & Impressions
Findings:
There are multiple healing rib fractures bilaterally (right 4th-8th, possible 9th; left 4th-9th ribs). There is an acute fracture of the right mid humerus. There is a metaphyseal corner fracture of the left distal radius. There is a healing right distal humeral fracture with callus formation, and healing right distal radial and ulnar fractures. There is limited evaluation of the midthoracic and lower lumbar spine due to the right arm immobility. Otherwise, there are no skull fractures, suture splitting, or intracranial calcifications. There are no thoracolumbar spine fractures, though evaluation of the midthoracic and lower lumbar thoracic spine is limited. The lungs, heart, mediastinum, liver, and pelvis are normal.
Impression:
Findings consistent with non-accidental trauma.
