Findings:
The visualized lung bases demonstrate diffuse interstitial and parenchymal opacities consistent with bronchopulmonary dysplasia. There is diffuse gaseous distention in multiple bowel loops, with associated pneumatosis and portal venous gas. No large-volume pneumoperitoneum is observed. The gastric tube terminates at the body of the stomach.

Impression:
Necrotizing enterocolitis with extensive pneumatosis and portal venous gas.
