Findings:
There is a right peritonsillar abscess measuring 1.8x1.5x1.6 in a background of tonsillitis. The abscess has miniscule loculations posteriorly and inferiorly. The airway is preserved. There is mild reactive adenopathy in the upper neck bilaterally, right greater than left. The adenoids are mildly increased in size. There is mild mucosal thickening of the right frontal sinus and right sphenoid sinus.

Impression:
Right peritonsillar abscess and tonsillitis.
