Findings:
There is a moderately large hiatal hernia. There are mild multilevel thoracolumbar degenerative changes with multiple Schmorl’s nodes. There is centrilobular and paraseptal emphysema. Punctate granuloma in the right lower lobe.
Impression:
There is a moderately large hiatal hernia. There is also centrilobular and paraseptal emphysema.
