Findings & Impressions
Findings:
There is loss of signal on the out of phase images compatible with hepatic steatosis. There is a large lesion in the left hepatic lobe and measures up to 5.8 x 4.0 cm and demonstrates arterial enhancement. The lesion is intermediately hyperintense on T2 weighted imaging. There are several other small arterially enhancing hepatic lesions.
Impression:
Multiple arterial enhancing hepatic lesions on a background of hepatic steatosis. These are favored to represent adenomas. The largest of these is in the left hepatic lobe, measuring 5.8 x 4.0 cm.
Recommendations:
For your training purposes, recommendations are not included in this report.
