Findings:
There is an ill-defined heterogeneous and hypoechoic region in the liver measuring 11 x 7.7 x 10.3 cm. There are additional heterogeneous liver lesions measuring 4.1 x 3.5 x 4.0 cm, as well as 3.0 x 2.7 x 2.6 cm. These lesions are concerning for hepatic abscesses. The gallbladder is surgically absent.

Impression:
Suspected hepatic abscess.
