Findings & Impressions
                            Findings:
 There is an esophageal web in the hypopharynx that is occluding the proximal esophagus by about 75%. The esophagus distal to this finding is normal and without dysmotility. There is normal tongue mobility with effective velopharyngeal closure with swallowing.
                        
                            Impression:
 Hypopharyngeal esophageal web consistent with Plummer-Vinson syndrome in the setting of the patient’s history of iron deficiency anemia.
