Noncontrast CT HeadAcute cytogenic edema involving the right anastomotic ACA-MCA border zone which includes the ACA-MCA cortex, as well as the subcortical white matter ACA-MCA watershed zone. Given the clinical context findings are likely related to CNS air embolization.
