There is a Jefferson fracture of C1 with widening of the atlanto-dens interval from ligamentous injury. There is a fracture of the anterior superior C7 end plate with mild anterior wedging of C7. There is basilar invagination of the dens relative to the basion and foramen magnum. There is possible rotational abnormality at C7-T1.
