History
76 yo female who fell and had change in mental status and nose bleed. There is history of frequent falls with syncopal episodes. Pt is not on blood thinners.Exam
Noncontrast head CT
Prior Study
Bone window CT head and upper Cspine1. There is a right sided calvarial fracture located at the squamous temporal bone junction with the sphenoid wing on the right.
2. There is minimal mainly right sided intracranial air near the right squamous temporal fracture that likely has come from the left anterior ethmoid fracture.
3. There is another uncomplicated linear fracture involving the left supraorbital rim and lateral aspect of the left orbital roof.
