77 y/o presenting to the emergency room with acute onset of diplopia. Ophthalmology consultant in ER suspects possibly due to cranial nerve 6 deficit.Exam
MRI- Contrast enhanced study with high-resolution axial and coronal T1 and T2-weightedand DWI focused on the orbits, cavernous sinus and paracavernous region and the images of the entire brain including the brainstem origin of the cranial nerves 3, 4 and 6 nuclei.
