28-year-old female presenting to the emergency room with a very severe headache the acute onset of double vision with physical findings consistent with ophthalmoplegia due to a cranial nerve 3 deficit and papilledema.Exam
MRI- Contrast enhanced study with high-resolution axial and coronal T1 and T2-weighted and DWI focused on the orbits, cavernous sinus and paracavernous region and the images of the entire brain including the brainstem origin of the cranial nerves 3, 4 and 6 nuclei.
