54-year-old female presenting to the emergency room with the acute onset of double vision with physical findings by the ophthalmologist consultant in the emergency room consistent with 3rd nerve palsy.Exam
MRI- Contrast enhanced study with high-resolution axial and coronal T1 and T2-weighted, and DWI images focused on the orbits, cavernous sinus and paracavernous region and the images of the entire brain including the brainstem origin of the cranial nerves 3, 4 and 6 nuclei.
