8 yo male presenting and diagnosed on noncontrast CT with intraaxial brain hemorrhage and moderate hydrocephalus in April. Follow-up MR was obtained one month later.Exam

Prior Study
1.CT revealed a subacute hematoma in the inferior gyrus of the left temporal lobe and grade 1.7/4 external hydrocephalus.2.Head MR obtained one month later reveal an underlying pial AVM of small size. The hematoma was much smaller and the hydrocephalus was no changed.
