68 year old male with 6-month history of increased cramping in his legs progressing aches and pain since increasing in severity. Patient has developed acute leg weakness recently.Exam
Thoracic and Lumbar MRI- T1, T2 and STIR sequences were variably performed in the axial and sagittal plane with high-resolution techniques focused on the most suspicious levels based on clinical examination. These include images before and following the intravenous administration of a paramagnetic contrast agent.
