Expert Answer
Soft tissue wound along the posterolateral aspect of the distal calf and ankle. Underlying cellulitis, myositis, and fasciitis may all be reactive. No definitive MR evidence to suggest necrotizing soft tissue infection though this remains a clinical diagnosis.
