Right posterior wall acetabular fracture. Associated comminuted fracture of the inferior right femoral head (Pipkin type 4) with a large displaced fracture fragment and numerous smaller intra-articular fracture fragments. Persistent slight posterolateral right hip subluxation. No CT evidence for femoral neck fracture.
