Both column right acetabular fracture without secondary congruence. Medialization of the right femoral head. Segmental fracture of the inferior pubic ramus. Extensive hematoma along the right pelvic sidewall without evidence for extravasation. Hematoma results in mass effect on the bladder. Possible right sciatic nerve injury.
