Expert Answer
Right extended posterior acetabular wall fracture as discussed above. Fracture involves greater than 50% of the width of the posterior wall. Multiple intra-articular fragments are present. No marginal impaction. Associated impaction fracture of the right femoral head which extends to the level of the fovea capitis.
