There are limitations.

There is soft tissue reticulation, fullness, or obscuration of normal fat planes.

There is soft tissue ulceration.

There is soft tissue gas.

There is a foreign body.

There are fractures.

There is periosteal reaction or osseous destruction suggesting osteomyelitis.

There is cloaca, sequestrum, or involucrum.

There is a joint effusion.

There is periarticular osteopenia or erosions to suggest septic arthritis.

There is malalignment, degenerative changes, or other gross internal derangement of the visualized joints.
