FLUORO GI LOWER DOUBLE CONTRAST ENEMA. A straight catheter was inserted just into the rectum. Under fluoroscopic guidance, the rectum and colon up to the hepatic flexure were filled with water-soluble contrast with 300 mL of contrast, and fluoroscopic images were obtained. The contrast was subsequently evacuated and air contrast was manually introduced, at which time contrast progressed to the cecum. Images were acquired with the patient in various Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positions.
